Like the behaviour of boss with employees, not pressurise much if u are trying hard, listen everyone's problem if any and try to solve

Deduct salary if u take leave for any reason, there is no CL, SL, PL etc. Assign some personal work to employee

They have a diversity of work opportunities and multiple prestigious clients. The work culture there would lead you towards the individual development as senior's interference is very less. Although you will be properly guided about what is the scope of work we have to perform.

Dislikes

The thing that needs improvement is the amount of training that needs to be provided to a junior or a fresher before giving them any assignments. On job trainings are helpful but off job training sessions are equally important to provide details about the scope of work to be performed and this also enhances the performance.

Good Place to Work and Learn. The Company is open to innovation, i love the fact that i was a part of the K. C. Jain & Co and has a excellent client base. Another great thing was that the team members come form various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration learning new thing techniques every day.

Dislikes

keeping the same Team members on Same Project / Assignment for years.
