Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Good for permanent employees as they get good salary package and on time disbursal with ideal working time on shifts.

Dislikes

Not good for people working under contract. No benefits, No job security or work life balance. Contracting companies keep more than 70% of monthly salary. Poor living conditions of the contract staff.
