Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Kaara is good in the case of a vendor for Microsoft. There is no interference and you will get complete freedom to work with your client. Good behavior and a very pleasant atmosphere. Salary in perper time and in case of late, management will inform before date.

The point I dislike, it's more related to job security. They don`t have enough clients so once one client is over, you should be prepared for a job search outside.
