Nothing is good in this company except onsite opportunities for juniors. I'm giving one star because there's no option to something less than one.

...TC and 10% is variable on that increment - A big red flag for work life balance. Sick environment where you can't even think of weekends or leaves - Onsite opportunities are randomly given without considering employee's efforts - Best politics is ever played here in Kaar - Worst infrastructure where the Interns will not even get access to MS office, no wifi given to them, no chairs and what not - The CEO and management is only focussed in increasing profits and never bother to deliver quality project - Kaar tech least bother about employee satisfaction One word, worst company -Think thousand times before joining this company because they pay high in the beginning but you will regret after joining

Onsite salary is good. They have lot of project in gulf. Learning opportunities can also be good. .

Dislikes

In Kaar, there is no work life balance. Since it's small scale company, there is no plan process which makes it more difficult to work. Managers and seniors are not very smart people but they will try to do some politics to save there jobs

...ore opportunity to freshers in implementation. Mgmt is too close with employees. Salary hike will be good. Learning opportunities are very good.

Dislikes

Work life balance is major issue. Sometimes Employees has to handle 2 projects simultaneously which gives more pressure. Support from APLs are little less in timely manner to resolve the issues. Workload in support projects are very high. They wont assign backup. Hence an employee need to handle 5 to 7 clients issues.

No salary processing on time, huge back logs in salary and even if you resign getting relieved from Kaar is a humongous task, no process, all work get done with people to people relationship, no professionalism and no chance of work life balance. Once you nod your head on agreement for any activities or task then its done, you become the complete responsibility and wait to get blamed. No proper management, most of the project and delivery managers are not eligible for the posts, just trying their luck there because of longevity with kaar. Overall its a terrible place to work for experienced people. But for freshers its their dream come true, lot of learning and lot of onsite but with delayed salary for months.

False commitment during HR discussion, no salary on time, no performance appraisal, no process in anything, no full and final settlement for former employees, no professionalism, managers don't know technical, no work life balance, no salary for 6 months, poor people management
