...will be able to learn most of the things here in K4 originally known as Quantic.com - Salary structure is good too - There is no restrictions in getting a leave or holidays - Colombian Staff/ US staff are good in every possible way i much appreciate that i got a chance to work with different nationalities and got to know there culture and it improves my english too. - they will never push you to work beyond your shift times.

The Co founders and founders are not good especially the lady they always treat the indian peaple as slave and she always talks rude. Everything is good as we are open to work but the lady is not at all good and if anyone starts pointing issue's on software side then the founder and co founder starts yelling at person every single time. Quantic software is not that good they have lot of issue's and i don't know what dev team is doing. I do have a list of problems that i have encountered in my tenure and i did sent one email to management but i know they will not work on those issue's that i have listed. Its not a good company where one can see a long career.

This is fraud and scam company. They just offer the candidate and when he resigns from his current company they revoke the offer letter illegally without any discussion. Better to be aware. They are very unprofessional and doesn't have any professional work policies. I have a full right to go legally as per Indian employment laws but doing a favor to them. For your information: In legal terms, when a company extends an offer letter to a candidate, it is considered as a contractual agreement and if a company offers a position and then decides to withdraw the offer, then candidate have a full right to take legal actions for breach of contract or detrimental reliance. I HAVE FORGIVEN THEM FOR THERE UNPROFESSIONALISM.

I am deeply disappointed by the toxic work culture and unethical practices in this company. The management has no regard for employee. Have been in a situation often under appreciated, on top of this company refuses to reimburse expenses that have been pay out of own pocket, despite multiple requests and clear documentation of the expenses, management has been dismissive and unhelpful. It's frustrating to see such culture in this company.

All staff are nice, friendly, humble and co operative but not the owner.

Owner is psyco and rude. No job security, No career growth. You will not have space to show your creativity and talent because he mange everything micro level and messed everything that will blame on you. If you want to end up your career. you can join this company.
