I was fresher when I joint this company being frank I was worrying how will I work for this huge project and then later on realised the team is very much supportive and helps you in each and every point of work specially my senior and PM jindappa sir who helped me and was there with me in every up and down of my work. I have enjoyed working in this company since 2years. I will be thankful through out my life who have given me the base.

Dislikes

...y good increment and promotion in this year which is failed and disappointed me. I always expect the level of work I do should be equal to my pay but I'm loosing my interest due to my less pay which is effecting my family too.

The coaching and mentoring opportunities the company has exposed me to have been invaluable and priceless. It’s such an honor to be an employee of this great company. I promise to continually give my best. 3. Working in this company has opened me up a lot. I appreciate the efforts of this company to bring out the best in me. I am who I am because of the valuable lessons I learned here. 4. I am thankful for the comfortable environment the company has provided for my colleagues and me, it makes me enjoy my work and also give my best. It is a great privilege to work here! 5. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management are is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming acade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good bonus every year

I said my mother health was not good i asked for one month leave they cant give, asked for proffs & after my Resignation still they hold my salary tq you for u r valuable respect for u staff, guys i suggest you dnt join in K2K they cant Even support you 🙂
