All Festival Holidays are given, salary on time

work culture is very bad. Zonal heads dont have any knowledge, experience and not well educated also not supportive at all and always asking to do useless things and forcing to do wrong practices. Here they dont respect your knowledge as they are un educated. You cannot give any suggestions and you cant plan something for food changes, we just have to follow the wrong practices as ordered from zonal heads. All the employees knows that they are wasting compnies resources by working in wrong directions but still they have no choice. Also zero job security, any time zonals will ask you to resign and if you refused to resign then you will be targeted. Zonals are egoestic, just for normal talk, instead of doing a phone call, they will ask you to meet them by travelling to perticular branch by wasting 3 to 4 hours. Even if you received a good offer from K12 or recently joined, I suggested you to leave this company before you are getting insulted. There are some front desk exucutives who promoted as pan india head in few years who dont have any kind of knowledge, no specific degree and experiece, due to such kind of top managment compny will be in loss soon.

There is no growth opportunities no salary hike i worked for k12 for 2 years but there is not even 1 rs hike they have given to employees there is no respect you will get as a employee too much toxic environment and wherever they fill to kick you from organisation they will make changes in your role designation and torcher you at high so you put your papers

...epartment work accordingly they can cut your salary at any point no matters how you work hard for them there is no salary hike no promotion they will give they only hire new people who don't have experience knowledge but they not going to promote you and they will torcher you onces admission season end so you can put your papers no job security they only believe in donkey work no work culture no holiday no leaves on festival and onces you step out from organisation other organisations not consider this organisation experience because you don't learn anything.

There is an atmosphere of tension always in this company.everyone feels they are going to get fired all the time and so It is a highly unhealthy place to work because most of the time everyone is trying to push the next person on his side to push down the cliff.the ones who are there for longer period they are the most toxic and highly incompetent but they are a boss's driver whom the boss cannot fire .Money is important but mental health and toxicity is next level here.I witnessed bad things here .

How come a company running the school is this much shitshow. 1. I know that running a company needs some hard decisions to take, but if you as heads of the company are not able to Use or manage People, then sorry to say you might be quiet qualified but you are useless. 2. I request every College, Investors and Land Owners please do not come near this company. Blacklist it even if it offers huge money, remember they will eventually remove you in 3-4 months. 3. For Fresher worst place to start as other company do not understand why you are switching so fast. this company will remove you in 3-4 months max or make you live in hell. if someone died due to work pressure in EY , Please try this company you might end up in the same graveyard in which they build the school
