...e they work very professionally, on the other hand the work culture is friendly. You can opt for more job responsibilities if you want a hike in pay scale and promotions. My manager Sachin Jain have been a delight to work under. He taught be all about how the businesses runs and how we can help people and our company.

Almost nothing to like except good colleagues to work with. No growth whatsoever and extremely biased work culture.

...ple to leave in and out. If you join here, you will be working merely for weeks. Do not choose K12 ever even if they pay a little bit higher than average Kolkata salary in ed-tech. Interviews are fraud, they only hire for emergency situations and ask people to leave when their job is done. You will get nothing but humiliation working with Moumita.

The policy defines 30 days, but they can ask you on your day of resignation to not to continue coming from the next day and not pay you a penny. However, if you ask for an early release, you have to pay back money to the company "as per company policy of release". As I mentioned earlier, policies are only modelled to derive money from the employees. Many more points can be jotted, but they are common to most of the co-called "corporates" today.

Its good experience for me to serving services with K12 Techno services. Still I am working with this company, a few things are missing from k12 is employee compensation,benefits,bonuses other than that its great.

There is no growth opportunities no salary hike i worked for k12 for 2 years but there is not even 1 rs hike they have given to employees there is no respect you will get as a employee too much toxic environment and wherever they fill to kick you from organisation they will make changes in your role designation and torcher you at high so you put your papers

...epartment work accordingly they can cut your salary at any point no matters how you work hard for them there is no salary hike no promotion they will give they only hire new people who don't have experience knowledge but they not going to promote you and they will torcher you onces admission season end so you can put your papers no job security they only believe in donkey work no work culture no holiday no leaves on festival and onces you step out from organisation other organisations not consider this organisation experience because you don't learn anything.
