The junior associates are a good lot

Dislikes

...n be a pet of either of the three partners running the show in Mumbai and Delhi. They deducted salary for late comers. Never seen such a practice anywhere. If you want anything out of your career don't touch this place with a barge pole.

Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation?
