I was there for short time of period but definitely i would say it is the best firm i have ever seen in my life. If i will talk about job security then definitely it is there, you don't need to worry for your future, i had to left because of personal reasons i had to relocate. Work culture is very friendly, you will get your all freedom for demonstrate your work and skills as well. In a nut shell, if you are looking for work life balance and friendly work culture then this is the place !!

All partners and Director are very polite and good to each and every employees. Company Culture very familiar and supportive. 5 Days working and staff get together on regular intervals is an edge to its internal environment.

Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!
