Since when the lockdown started i.e 22nd mar , on last week of March company have directly taken the decision to cut down the salary to 30 - 50% bt actually v hve received 30 % of our salary, April n may they any how paid 4k each. Between this time company have decided not to give increment + bonus for current year and even for 2019. Now company has given us 2 mnth (June & July)unpaid leave. This support m receiving frm my employer.

Frist is job security and 2nd reason is pathetic working environment

Learning Curve was good. You need to be competitive for growth and give more than routine so it helps you to test your limits
