The job security is good as a trainee. The timings are reasonable as per the pay. Good for beginners as CA article training.

The behaviour of the top management is pathetic. They are sometimes mean and don't even care anything about personal life. They just want to get their work done and nothing else. They only care about themselves and none else.

Especially for me, I had learnt a lot of things here and also it is a good platform for beginners, as well as for seniors before joining K.C.Goyal & associates I didn't have much working knowledge but here I improved my accounting skills and work performance. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
