All things are not good at Jyoti & uttam Strips further they have history of harrasment of the employees several time employees wrote email to MD for being harrsed by their senior but action taken by top management towards such HOD's , salary credit date is 10 to 12 th of the following month which is purely a shop practice

I have been working at Jyoti Strips Pvt Ltd and really feel good support from management. Supportive colleagues, Managerial support gives more strength to do enough and raise my standards of work every single day. Also I'm able to learn new things every day, cooperative senior members.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
