There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

Excellent work environment and culture. Teammates are very supportive and the well transparency. They give full freedom to do self and business development and Policy are very good.

The company is providing O&M service and They are doing all work which is not their scope.

juwi is one of the Best EPC_MNC company and very good professional working culture. Employees are well qualified and experienced people. Very strong & sound in Technical to achieve on time project deliverable's and keeping priority on customer/client satisfaction. Rich in quality of work. Very good support from inter-department during project execution. Overall Experience in juwi was Fantastic and memorable.
