...s are frequently mistreated, harassed and even verbal abusive has become a norm. Keep threatening of salary deductions, current month they even deducted 20% salary. No use of escalating to HR department has even they are completely controlled by top management. HR is just name sake. The work environment is rife with politics, favoritism, and unethical practices. There is a severe lack of transparency, and no solid processes in place, making it difficult to work effectively. Overall this is not a company that values its employees, and i would not recommend it.

Company Gives Proper 6 months to sales employees to achieve their Target. Though it is mandate company don't fire under performer within 6 month. After 6 months also Justo gives another 1 month to the employee to achieve their Target for the current. If some in failing to achieve it then company takes action. Though it is mandate company it is doesn't have hire and fire rule. Only people who have not performed their duty in work tenure with Justo will have negative thoughts about company. I have seen Employees in justo have got Car and Bike from Company for their contribution towards company. Yes company is giving rewards and recognition to employees for their performance.

Salary is being concerned here for sometimes. It gets delayed for a week due to which those who have EMI's they Suffer.

I have been working with Justo from last 7 months and my previous experience is from JP Morgan. However I was welcomed with open arms and given appropriate opportunity to showcase my talent. Thank you once again to leadership team for the job opportunity and growth prospects at Justo.
