To much of pressure from the manager After one month Timing's was extended till 7:15/7:30in the evening Many people leave the company with in one month They said in that there is no target but target is there

Teammates,Manager very Supportive . Training was awesome ,salary is also good , Politics still thr, week off structure is good incentive is good.Work life balace leaves structure is also good part

I dont know some time HR Takes their own decission. Without concerning Management. When ex employee past work performance is far better they with good tenure they should hire them again tking their past record into consideration
