...ich I didn't like the shift roasters and forcefully overtime with less amount...they used to force people to do overtimes and give very less pay...most of the times they tell us to do it on week offs to.... management is not good and people can't even go for washroom break without the permission....

Call flow....each and every person is taking 400 calls in a day....

The only good about justdial is salary they provide for freshers in entry level job in the job market both Marketing field and Tele - sales Representative....

I have worked as a Tele - Sales Representative in Hyderabad.. The salary is good but there is no job satisfaction. Even if you do a sale ( Package) but the Customer is not Satisfaction and he totally blame you for the thing for the sales we will get the incentive but we will regret the thing we have done To them in Sales Call we totally provide them the wrong information about how they can grow the Business in online but they are lot of people who have took the Package and ( The higher you pay the higher you will receive leads ) They will be no leads to the Customer who take Entry level Package ( Low budget Package ) Even if ther Pay for Highest Package the is no 100% Sure the will get the business It also depends upon customer luck Even if Customer want to stop the Esc ( Emi ) they Company will not cancel the Ecs so Easily the Customer have to visit the Office so many time The Package Contact will be 1 year but the Company will defect the amount after the Contact Finished ... And one more if want to join the company and you don't have Empathy or Sympaty towards the customer you can do a good Sales in the Company and Can Earn a good amount of Money ( insensitive ) By providing the fake promises to the Customers. And there will be no job security in this company if don't reach you target they just remove you from the Company or they just put to much pressure on you to leave the Company They will be Daily hiring in this Company every month 10 to 30 people join the Company and also 10 to 30 people leave the company

Toxic environment, Uneducated sales managers abused and insulted from morning till evening, There is no time limit here, even on Sundays one has to work, There is no value for the employee here, there is never any appreciation, There is no professionalism, it seems like doing labour work

Most third class company . You work whole month but at the time of salary you see your salary will deduct for no reason.

I worked here for 2 months. 1 st month my salary was hold and 2nd month my salary was deducted for 9 days without any reason without take any leave.

In the Kolkata branch, during the probation period, the salary is not fixed. From the first month of joining, a target is set, and if the target is not met, the salary is deducted. There are two types of roles: Calling and Marketing. In the Calling department, the salary is fixed, but the drawback is the working hours, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) are common. In the Marketing department, salary deductions and PIP are also common, even during the probation period. The probation period does not end after three months unless the target is achieved. Both salary and incentive targets are in place.The company does not cover travel expenses, but frequent travel is required.
