it's a toxic place with people who doesn't want to co-operate with you. Never fall for the interviewers words because nothing is good to work there. You'll be disappointed with the culture and less secure job. No-one wants to guide you positively, they all want you to be pro from start even without understanding the project. This company is not recommended to the fresh new joiners who are 0-4 years experienced . Only old people are working there from last 10-20 years .

everything except flexible work hours u can go late it doesn't matter but wont be able to come back early

It's good start your carrier as fresher, but experience people shoul avoid joining Justdial in software department.

no wfh during covid time, less salary and projects are not up to mark compare to other product base company.

Pathetic management,less educated people managing teams with zero knowledge Every AGM is here to earn max amount they don't care about the employees. No increment zero bonus. If you were hired on 24k in 2022 then your pay will be same. Favourite ko upar badhane vala culture
