Justdial is a very good company in terms of working in metro city. And the management waly of talking and understanding employee needs is very poor in north India circle. Where as compare to south India management of company is awesome and very professional.

... like some superior way of talking and way of demanding business. Just pathetic. Mr vinesh singh is my immediate Manager who asked me to pay recovery amount for my notice period. Where he forcefully approved my resign before the last working day. I was disciplinary serving my notice period. Even I did 1 sale also in this duration. And because of him I have to pay 22k amt of recovery. He was blackmailing me if I do not do sale according to his requirement he will approve my resign and put recovery on me. Daily he was doing like this....and just 15 days back my surgery happened of urthera stricture. That's why I decided to quite the job. Because I was looking some sitting job not field job. I just want to take seriously action against him.

Not 1 not 2 their are bunch of negative points huge pressure salary deductions and politics is more in this company then country... main thing you people need to know is no growth or very very very slow growth and your salary wont match your designation. Worst company with big brand reputation which might perish in coming days.

1) Salary deduction is a big issue 2) They sell packages to people and give them leads who are just searching around not the genuine leads many people's have faced a huge loss 3) It is only good for Repair and service and Packers and movers. 4) No one will entertain you if you say I am from Justdial. 5) After 1 week they'll tell you it is a performance based Salary no fixed salary. 6) There are soo many people who have not done hsc as well They are working in the company 7)And as well They don't give after sale services to the clients. 8)Huge targets but they are not focusing on their services worst services. 9) As it is a third party if you want to advertise or promote your business Google ads is the best. 10) Career growth is very very slow as there is alot of politics. 11) No traveling allowance 12) They will pressure you alot for sales. 13) Not good for graduates who have done marketing,sales go for some other company. 14) I had selected here 3 times and after I joined I get to know so many things as there was my colleague who wasn't 12th passed and He can't even speak properly he got selected without interview.

Nice Work Environment, Employees are facing new challenges everytime and getting opportunities to improve their skill. Teammates are supportive. But, company is too dynamic in terms of plans and pricing, which makes employees more flexible.

Dislikes

Salary part is not so good. Its unsatisfactory and appraisals too remains the same.. No bonuses year on year and no compensation & benefits, except Salary & Incentive.
