Manager are not good they will never support you and even abuse you sometimes as well as clients will also you and Justdial because their package is outdated and people are also very smart They will just message on WhatsApp for meeting for which you need to visit office and timing are not fixed sometime they message you that meeting is at 8pm and they left the office No buisnessman will let you sit even abuse Justdial

In the Kolkata branch, during the probation period, the salary is not fixed. From the first month of joining, a target is set, and if the target is not met, the salary is deducted. There are two types of roles: Calling and Marketing. In the Calling department, the salary is fixed, but the drawback is the working hours, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) are common. In the Marketing department, salary deductions and PIP are also common, even during the probation period. The probation period does not end after three months unless the target is achieved. Both salary and incentive targets are in place.The company does not cover travel expenses, but frequent travel is required.
