Not 1 not 2 their are bunch of negative points huge pressure salary deductions and politics is more in this company then country... main thing you people need to know is no growth or very very very slow growth and your salary wont match your designation. Worst company with big brand reputation which might perish in coming days.

Supportive teammates Good culture. Good cafeteria. weakend Games are fum. Policies are good. Not strict More freedom to do work

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.

Till now I have a work experience of approx 1 year. I was working with chandigarh department. The company brand name was Good. Overall work experience was good. If I talk about my Manager, I learned alot from them. They always teach us how to deal in the market. Teammates was supportive. You always spend your money and time in training first. Company was not giving any reimbursement. Career growth was not seen in this company because the top management was fixed there position.

But if I talk about the cons of the company, there salary, is not good, they can deduct you salary without knowing you. And Managers was focused only and only on new sales. They always push you for sales. Never ever talk about what service you are providing to there previous clients. Moreover not providing enough of time to there executives for dealing or giving services to there previous clients. Growth is very slow. Sometimes you have to work for 10 hrs in a day. No work ethics in company.

Nothing not even one thing worst management and HR department

...waste your future and career .. they don't have any shame to steal your money .. will not give your salary fully .. will deduct everything without any genuine reasons .. worst hr department. You will not receive any assistance for your salary. One way they only know to handle employees is to not attending their call and not replying to your messages. So I humbly request everyone please don't waste your future and career in this worst. Where they don't even consider you as human beings
