...ey treat employees worst than the unskilled labours or should say like animals * If you want off for your wedding, they provide you leave without pay only..they don't provide 7days off for your own wedding. * 0-1 CV per day means one day leave whether it is niche skills or super niche skills

...Management is not at all aware about what's going inside the organisation...Eg.. for 2 submission in a day means half day leave(Half day salary deduction) For no submission they marked as Leave(Full day salary deduction). Every week rules changes without any prior notification, Even no email regarding this.

They don't provide salary, If submission is less than 5 then they mark absent. When you leave the company then they don't provide salary of last month.

Very Poor Management, Blood sucking company, Long working hours, Salary never comes on time, no appraisals, No appreciation, no incentives. Shreyanshi is the pathetic manager. She doesn't know the R of recruitment. Still, she is managing a big team & destroying the career of the people whoever worked under her. These guys don't have any sympathy for their employees. Last advice, Don't join Jumbo consultants ever as this is literally injurious for your mental health. Worst company ever. Worst management ever i've seen.

Fake promises -As per manager if you give joining as per the rules you will get the incentives.But the truth is not the same.They are making fool to the youngers.They will give you 10k around as a incentive if your performance is too good and they will make fake promises to pay higher amount in next quarter.
