Fake promises -As per manager if you give joining as per the rules you will get the incentives.But the truth is not the same.They are making fool to the youngers.They will give you 10k around as a incentive if your performance is too good and they will make fake promises to pay higher amount in next quarter.

For Learning it's very good, But Management is not at all aware about what's going inside the organisation...Eg.. for 2 submission in a day means half day leave(Half day salary deduction) For no submission they marked as Leave(Full day salary deduction). Every week rules changes without any prior notification, Even no email regarding this.
