Good for freshers to learn nd grow there skillsets in recruitment industry. Alka Ojha is a very supportive Team lead. Management is very co-ordial and understanding.

For learning purpose, it's good! But stay there for 7-8 months..after that..its useless!

* Wastage of time and energy * Hell lot of pressure & inner politics * Being an HR consulting company, nobody expects that the HR ADMIN over there don't know how to generate offer letters, appointment letters, relieving letters and exit formalities. * They say, their exciting pack is their BONUS criteria but that is also given after2 months of DIWALI that too after so many requests. * Unnecessary pressure and impossible tasks are said to be completed so that the employees come to pressure * They treat employees worst than the unskilled labours or should say like animals * If you want off for your wedding, they provide you leave without pay only..they don't provide 7days off for your own wedding. * 0-1 CV per day means one day leave whether it is niche skills or super niche skills...Read More

The experience was terrible, there is no such company policies, manager runs his own unrealistic policies, which is sometimes not even knew to owner of the organisation, culture is fine for flatterer people.

Dislikes

The major drawback of the organisation is the manager (Himanshu Pathak), he's the one who take thinks personally, and makes employees life hell.

Late seating is their which fine if you have a lot of work, but they do not mark attendance if you don't do submissions. (In short he cuts money, if you don't submit profiles.

This consultancy was slightly better before, but getting worst day by day. They don't have any policy for employees. Owner of the company is Benu malhotra, she doesn't bother about what's going on in the organisation. Her favorite most employee is Himanshu Pathak. Who has zero knowledge about anything. Very cunning and dishonest man. He doesn't even able to write and say a single line in English. He and Benu only believes in hire to get the job done,then fire the person with false allegations. So that Himanshu can take those part of incentives. Till 2016, employees strength was 50+ Pan India, and now they are only around 10. Very sad to see how fast they degraded because of poor management and leadership....Read More

It a typical proprietorship firm. Where the owner is Benu, but the main Mantri is sycophant Himanshu (Benu's Fav). She has blind faith on him🤔. There is no learning at all. They only handle Walk-in drives of HCL. Don't have better work to offer. If you leave office on time, then you have answer them. They always want you to do overtime free of cost. Very Poor Management, Blood sucking company, Long working hours, Salary never comes on time, no appraisals, No appreciation, no incentives. Shreyanshi is the pathetic manager. She doesn't know the R of recruitment. Still, she is managing a big team & destroying the career of the people whoever worked under her. These guys don't have any sympathy for their employees.
