....no work life balance...no team outings and trainings..Very strict attendance...No parity in salary..they also follow do as I say not as I do kind of culture.

...ure is OK but now a days in current market scenario only shwo off remain here. Salary perks are ok some cases.

Releaving Period and exit process/ policy is fully loded with mental harassment at any level of employee. HR policy is not employee fruit full.

System and procedure are made to reduce company growth... top management having no vision for company Some functions head in top management making policy and practice procedure to satisfy there ego... nobody listens to lower management....join only if you are jobless

...is transparent. There is a huge cafearia and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fail and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not giving to new Joinees.
