Jubilant group is best of company, 100 % job security and grateful work culture but company politics is very bed .

Most of the work doing therid part staff . Third party salary structure is very bed and work load is very high.

... big brand , transport facility is here ,dress code is here , mediclaim is here.best part is that salary on time 31 or 30 date.

Department Never want to you that you gain knowledge and reach at higher post due to internal politics,low budget appraisal,and if you want to quit you survive for three month if prior to quit it de duct salary from you account.

Politics is the main reason for the downfall of the company. Management response is not good. mid level management trying to keep happy to his seniors and high level management trying to keep happy to his directors You will get promotions and incriment only if you are closed to senior. There is not any value of hardworking

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Company vision is very good but company top management at corporate and In USA do not have close look in to ground level issues that might accelerate company growth.
