Jubilant management will not be ablento run any other food brand. They believe in complex situations .They don't like simplicity . Everyone try to please their bosses . They don't do what is right they do what boss want . One approach for all challenges. Their typical management style can run any good brand . Humein kya Kiya Tune kya kiya Jyada time unnecessary data mai spend karte h . Yai kam kyun h yai jyada kyun h Menu ki ma behan ek ker dete h last mai customers confuse ho jata h hum innke pass kyun jaaye . Last but not the least add on k picche mat bahago Itne data nikaalte ho ek yai bhi nikalo ki add on bech k kitna kamaya. They were good for Domino's and did well but every brand is different and now time and customers are also different. Don't force customers to buy your newly launched product. Let the customer dicide what they want . If anyone can share it with any senior manger of of Jubilant den it will definitely good for the brand jha per bhi jubilant ki management h

see sample Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain

I always had a great team to work with, had staff activities, always got salary in time also received bonus on durga puja occation.

shift hours are not fixed, they doesn't keep housekeeping personal in most of the outlets so we had to get involved in cleaning, moping and wiping etc which doesn't looks good in front of guests they too disliked it, serving them after cleaning.
