Company is good, salary and perks are very good and never be any kind of deduction happened ever, HR policy regarding employees is great.

Dislikes

Wood working Division is very bad and upper management has no clue how to make presence in market regarding product placement for new products in every 6 months new product launch and flops in a year, company has only 2/3 products with they don’t want to sell more then that and keep pressuring frontliner for that.

Management, reporting manager dont know anything,not done anything just forward the email and don't have knowledge about market

No job timming, work culture is not professional. Policies are good but not implemented, job security is good.

Working hours not defined, growth salary wise also career wise very poor, learning zero, no skills development program. No technical training.

.... No proper man power recruitment and utilization. No right man power selection New comerc, no knowlege and with high salary, old employees demotivation. Top employees expecting work flow, out come and knowledge from down the line. Inadequate knowlege top peoples. Retired personnel work from home with high salary not good for the company. No control at all and top peoples just managing show Incomplete product test Companies investment instruments are not properly utilised and without usage those became like scraped. I am open to discuss many of the examples as I faced during my 11 years working with the company Take it seriousness. Business running on luck as no more competition. May affect anytime
