Lack of subject knowledge in top management. Uncertain time line for the new project. No proper man power recruitment and utilization. No right man power selection New comerc, no knowlege and with high salary, old employees demotivation. Top employees expecting work flow, out come and knowledge from down the line. Inadequate knowlege top peoples. Retired personnel work from home with high salary not good for the company. No control at all and top peoples just managing show Incomplete product test Companies investment instruments are not properly utilised and without usage those became like scraped. Almost everything except salary. No Work life balances. You need to work 24*7 without productivity like a labour. Managers use abusive language and often shout on you. Managers with force you to stay in office for 15-18 hours each day and no payback for extra works. Life is hell here and no career growth.

As I am working in wood coating paint division Mumbai location.i am not getting my senior support,Not getting any support from my HR Satyendra tiwari and Shikha Negi he was use rude language,always they toucher mentally,disturb not giving expenses,proper, Amit Sharma is the head of expenses approval but still he has approved my expense. Company is good, salary and perks are very good and never be any kind of deduction happened ever, HR policy regarding employees is great.

Dislikes

Wood working Division is very bad and upper management has no clue how to make presence in market regarding product placement for new products in every 6 months new product launch and flops in a year, company has only 2/3 products with they don’t want to sell more then that and keep pressuring frontliner for that.
