As I am working in wood coating paint division Mumbai location.i am not getting my senior support,Not getting any support from my HR Satyendra tiwari and Shikha Negi he was use rude language,always they toucher mentally,disturb not giving expenses,proper, Amit Sharma is the head of expenses approval but still he has approved my expense. This company is very bad no employee future benefit , no job guarantee,nothing you will get learn from this company,they don't have any office in Mumbai,and we don't have any manager,no management team , they just keep employee for 6 month and after that they abscond you our get layoff of to there employee, very bad company. Company is good, salary and perks are very good and never be any kind of deduction happened ever, HR policy regarding employees is great.

Dislikes

Wood working Division is very bad and upper management has no clue how to make presence in market regarding product placement for new products in every 6 months new product launch and flops in a year, company has only 2/3 products with they don’t want to sell more then that and keep pressuring frontliner for that.
