...inings in jtekt but due to slow market trainings are almost closed now a days. Salary is less as compare to other companies and appraisal is very poor. Work environment is very good team is very supportive.

...for me, within 2 years they nominated me for promotion but same is delayed by 2.5 years which has put bad impression on my profile and apart from this salary increment and bonus/appraisal is very poor.

...nder discrimination and what gender biasness is. JTEKT is heaven for girls only. Girls are promoted only on physical parameters boys have to pay either a huge amount or do buttering of their bosses to get promoted.

...ironment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cefeteria and gaming arcade chilling company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they good salary hike and Bones every year.

There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign . salary is decent but career growth is very slow .There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address issues.

... is worst, not any focusing on business growth, they are just doing time pass. Salary and compensation is not as per market level. Purchase head is not a good manager.
