When I was joined then 30 days Dojo traning. Good food including breakfast in18 ruppee Good transport facilities. (Bus/Taxi)

One of the worst company I've work ever in terms if pramotion. U can realise what actually gender discrimination and what gender biasness is. JTEKT is heaven for girls only. Girls are promoted only on physical parameters boys have to pay either a huge amount or do buttering of their bosses to get promoted.
