Girls have no future after training period salary is decent but Carrier growth is slow

...inings in jtekt but due to slow market trainings are almost closed now a days. Salary is less as compare to other companies and appraisal is very poor. Work environment is very good team is very supportive.

...for me, within 2 years they nominated me for promotion but same is delayed by 2.5 years which has put bad impression on my profile and apart from this salary increment and bonus/appraisal is very poor.

There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign . salary is decent but career growth is very slow .There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address issues.
