1)Job Security is Good, but in today's scenario it is just fair.

... is the company with least employee expenses as compared to their counterpart. They consider employee's salary as one of their mode of making money and they can deduct any amount from your salary. Example- Production Incentive, which is always lesser than what offered. One more strange thing, they say it bonus but they deduct from your CTC and provide the same x amt at the end of Year.

Company ensures salary deposited by end of every month.

Dislikes

1. HR and management thinks that staff is a comodity. No value for staff. 2. No work culture. 3. Management does not have culture to motivate the staff. 4. Management works on hire and fire principle which is totally wrong concept. 5. Management always indulge in crisis management as they don't have system in place to monitor and control the projects.

You can have only Job security. Average compensation and benefits. Good for trainees who have joined as Graduate Engg Trainee or Diploma Engg Trainee.

Dislikes

Haphazard work culture, No work-life balance. Your appraisal depends on your boss, not on your work. Too much politics in work.

Excellent organization to learn the different things. But HR policies are worst fo the working people and no benifits for workers. Top management is not working getting high benifits, but lower management people are hard working but getting less benifits.

...not working but sole sitting and going. Management is not taking serious action. But lower management people are hard working and getting less salary and benifits.

-Work life is good. -Ample opportunities to learn. - Great learning platform for the beginners.

Dislikes

-Work pressure is high. -Very high Salary and compensation difference on basis of Colleges. - Work pressure is high, for juniors, and seniors not giving proper Appraisals to the deserved. -Office politics is very high.
