There are many dislike can't count. No salary benefits CTC vs actual very big gap. Working time never ending If boos like u then more work 😀😀😀😀 So overall it's not good for family to given time after working hours ☺️

Salary is credited on time.....

Salary is not shown properly...bonus is included in the CTC and also the incentive..which is hardly given...and if given is given very less. Less manpower . Company credits leave...but boss s never allow to take .

...puting more pressure on juniors. Not having growth as per your output. Politics. Salary not matches to your work.. Specially for juniors.. As thay work a lot nut not getting that much salary.

Worst, total monopoly in everything, unnecessarily 12hrs duty, no increments, no salary revision, no incentive if anyone dies inside the whole plant, bonus is included in ctc, too much hierarchy.

The only thing which is ok about the company is, salary gets credited on time and rest all things are worst.
