Huge Pressure No ground work being done, hence no market demand Poor marketing team. Supply-Chain is not adaptive. Employees are requested to use their own mobile and laptop devices

Company culture very good but it also depends on your reporting boss. Unfortunately, I didn't get the chance to work with a good team. But I am glad that I have started my career with this great organization.

...ay DA only 200. it's a good job if you get the chance to work in your home town. Salary is less as compared to its competitor. All The Best

Overall team and bosses are quite helpful and geting to learn new things

... management system. I feel personally employees safety is not on the priority. Salary structure not matching the expectation which has given during the interview process(3.5+1lpa where at least 4k incentive fixed for everyone) After joining two month till the date I didn't get any identy card joining kit smartphone uniforms visiting card etc which is rights of new comers. And these are some question point to the a big experienced Indian MNC JSW Groups

Wel organised company. Easy to access the data required and product quality, benifits.

Salary structure including Incentive and extra benifits in DA and TA for balancing. HR response was very worse.. Not helping and careless HR staff. Need to hire more HRs.

For the perticular region for me it's the worst kind of culture mainly no proper training, managers are not supporting, management is not helpful. Work culture and long working hours , no night no day 24 hr need to be available, even when you took leave you need to keep your laptop with you, harassment environment
