Salary and appraisal systems are good as because of the JSW group.

Company's management decisions are not clear, they can't sure about their own decision about the product segment which results lesser productivity.

Employee benefits is poor,incentive scheme in salary structure is not gud , did not stable salary in each month ,perks and no bonus Every year % of incremnt is decreased

Because we have to work either we work for JSW or for any other company. And we have to work for company profit. When we work sincerely,then all will go in right direction.

If I don't like to work for JSW ISPL,then i think ,i have some problem and I have to rectify it.

Good work environment and this is young plant since it's started on 2013 .for me it's make huge progess . previous are company was in nclt now it's whole taken over my jsw

Job is looking not secure. Plans are not clear. Management is slow to develop plant. Budget is too low as plant condition. Materials are not available to work.

Dislikes

There is lots of politics and mangement doesn't address our issues. Career growth is slow. At resign time, there are lots of problems.
