Job is looking not secure. Plans are not clear. Management is slow to develop plant. Budget is too low as plant condition. Materials are not available to work.

Dislikes

There is lots of politics and mangement doesn't address our issues. Career growth is slow. At resign time, there are lots of problems.

Job is quite struggled. Work hard & unsafe site to work. Old machine so, maintenance is more.
