Learning opportunities are available but inaccessible . 7. There is no innovation. 8. There is huge inertia . 9. Due to large employees strength , people don't want to take responsibilities. 10. Salary structure is very bad.( Some employees got salary access as compare to their work and designation whereas some employees got very low grade salary whereas they work hard ) .

For Learning Bhushan is a good platform for everyone, Work balance is good but life balance may affect due to some management issues related to salary, Benefits are only that one can work with best technology equipment's, culture is average, Good platform to learn and growth- opportunities became always open if worked with Bhushan earlier, work satisfaction is good but only little bit management issues. Company needs improvement in management, HR policies and many more.
