Being a team leader In my point of view few basic components should be required for survival i.e., Job security, company culture to adopt new trends and technologies & growth opportunities should be open for all rest everything is manageable how to get work done by people around you to beat everyday challenges with full responsibilities .

There is one point played a key role for survival of a person in any organization is Favoritism practice by senior fellow who are close to Management rest all factors are manageable

I am working with jsr till jan. Three months of my training period is good because at that time i was learnt about the juniper srx and after the three months my training time had finished, and i came in samsung india electronics pvt ltd noida through my company for cabelling (sensor, controller, camera)
