No more promotion..less increment...lowest bonus... only production unit...Sunday work...they are only expecting human power education qualification not a problem...what ever you study here work as a operator...etc

Recently attedence bonus are cancelled. We need attendence bonus and expecting better increment for 2022

Good working environment and culture. working is very nice, than safety first next work,team mates are supportive and management is transported. company policies very nice. good salary and good bonus every year.

* Working admosphere is Totally disopinment ( heavy dust ) * Shift timing. Are not safe in working employees ( like nite shift 1AM shift time start is too late ) * In our company is one of the leading MNC in tamilnadu i know but vehicle shouldn't be provided for the employees.. * we all working Hard but salary increment percentage is very low ... Am totally disagree * All the employees working in 365 days ... Totally employees are mentally disterb .. so week of provided must important ( All of them married person please understand our situation ) *
