The working culture is unsatisfactory. Overtime pay is half of the normal wage. The head of the engineering department does not support juniors or employees and often assigns tasks just 15 minutes before the end of the workday. The engineering department feels like a prison. The life of a design engineer in this company is tough. Whenever there is a problem or manufacturing error, everyone blames the design engineer without understanding the actual reasons.

...s also offered. They care about their employees and help them for everything. They have good policies for employees care, like pf esi, medical insurance,bonus and loan.

Personally in my case, I want more challenging work.

But salary growth is not good according to employ working and annual increment is not satisfied

In design department there is one problem manager give work at office close time this way is not good to do work at that time because is time to go home and it's irrational and also pressurized to stay after 6 pm in company

every person blame another for any problem. Quality is a toy for this company. Just shake quality if its ok or ng all part will run, if there is ng on customer quality person should be punished.

The company is open to innovation are readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleague come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.
