Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. There is nothing to like in this company. One of the worst company to work.

Dislikes

They will fire employees without any information. They don't have projects to work on, so they take employees for few days and fire them

There is no culture and no job security.As soon as project is done, the next moment they will throw you out of the company

As soon as the project is done, they will throw you out irrespective of how many years you worked.Management is not good.

Nothing as such.Lot of politics. Worst CEO I worked with so far. Fake company setup to evade taxes and majorly into staffing but projects as a development center in Bangalore,India.

Dislikes

Worst HR I seen my 18 years of experience of IT. Abusing employees day to day is daily routine.
