Likes

Office timings are fixed. Indian holidays are given. 26 leaves per anum are there. Food allowance is also good.

Dislikes

Worst management. Not even offer a tea in office. Very bad differentiation between various departments regarding work and appraisal. Do not join here. Specifically in marketing department. No training is given. You have learn by yourself. No growth in knowledge and experience. Very bad field of FRP and will not help this experience in metal and other industries.
