...ive you mental stress so that you leave the company by very next year. They try to do all cost cutting by not giving you even the bonus. Don’t join companies like this. Where they create toxic environment. Do not get into a work culture where there is Keralites dominance. No matter how much you work hard they will save only their group of people and put you in trouble.

Team - CCB Risk, Retail Model development team. Tenure -4 years (at the time of writing) Outstanding Work-life balance, regular training available to upskills, multiple domains to work with. Great for mobility within Risk Management in India. India's Leadership and Senior Management are always approachable and ready to listen to suggestions and provide feedback. Leadership in the US is also really helpful, knowledgeable, and appreciative of the work done in India.
