Great culture to promote internal talent. Open to mobility. Very resilient organisation. Good place to work with. Great infrastructure. You feel proud working with JP. Facilities are amazing.

Dislikes

Bureaucracy - that is the single biggest put off for me. Salary at senior levels is not very competitive. Also, you tend to get siloed quickly. At senior levels, career pathing is not very clear. When people resign, they are told about what great plans were being created for them.

Insensitive to employees needs, especially females. No work from home provided out of the blue, misuse of company funds and cafeteria food is not at all healthy. Bad HR services and management is least bothered about our needs.

They have carried development course which is paid by then, but not sure when they will pay, but they have courses have been offered to the employee's

Dislikes

No growth, major disadvantage is management is reserching on how to reduce the employee salary and benefits

Salary is good as well as bonus, apart from this there is extra benefit, like food allowance, shift allowance, wifi allowance.

working culture is pretty hard, have to work for almost more than 10 hours.

There is less pressure than other company with regards to job security.

From Indian region:- 1) Salary structure is not good 2) Mobility and appraisal system is not transparent. 3) Like all big corporate management is less transparent about the road map and lot of office politics and favoritism 4) Biasedness in promotion to females. 5) In terms of benefit policy is not employee friendly for example there is no leave encashment policy as well as parents are not covered in basic insurance. 6) There is no provision for the extended emergency sick leave in case of any major accident occur. 7) No sabbatical leave option. 8) HR has no longer exists like before now there are only ask HR tool for queries. 9) No proper exit interview taken.
