This is one of the best companies to work for. It's such an employee centric company, they have amazing work life balance, I never had to work even for a minute extra from my usual timings. Some managers are good and some are bad but that keeps on changing and one bad manager is not much able to spoil the environment of the company if the company policies are good and it essentially ensures to keep its employees happy.

Dislikes

The pay hike can be improved as per the market standards.

The company is providing compensation for work from home internet expenses upto 1000 rs. They also provided a one time deposit of Rs. 15000 which can be utilised towards expenses arising out of this outbreak. They are also providing additional leaves.

Dislikes

... for a longer time than what most employees would spend in any company in India. Unless you are getting promoted every 2 years or 3 years with a good salary hike, don't expect major corrections to happen along the way unless you can really convince your manager to give an exceptional raise. And the problem is even if your manager wants to do so, even that can be questioned and debated. Better to leave the company and join a competitor, get a good raise in the process and try to join back after few years.

...balanced, at times one may need to stretch, but organization never encourage it. Salary at par, and great perks given too.

No wfh option available with the recent changes announced by the top management. However flexibility will be given based on personal requirements, fingers crossed.

...of work instead they will force you to learn something they have in the project. And if you refuse to learn they will give you very poor rating and they will stop your salary hike for the year.

Salary is decent compared to industry average. Also, You don’t need to worry about the job security unless you are really bad. Work life balance depends on which line of business and what team are you working.

Dislikes

Promotions are too slow compared to your peers in US or UK. A person will stay as an Analyst or Associate for years and your peer will become a Vice President or even an Executive Director within the same timelines. Your promotions are hardly based on your performance and mostly based on how much good relationship you have with your manager and how much the management has endorsed you as a brand.
