The building, internal employee facilities is good and if you complete a year, you can earn a bonus apart from this nothing is great.

Dislikes

...ive you mental stress so that you leave the company by very next year. They try to do all cost cutting by not giving you even the bonus. Don’t join companies like this. Where they create toxic environment. Do not get into a work culture where there is Keralites dominance. No matter how much you work hard they will save only their group of people and put you in trouble.

Use of old technologies, No access to external learning platforms, Forcing employees to work from office, Tracking in-office attendance, Lot of Red-tapism, Tons of restrictions which ultimately hamper innovation and personal growth

JP Morgan have a best work culture. All seniors are approachable and they treat everyone with respect irrespective of your designation. Too many learning opportunities.

Dislikes

... which impacts company’s culture and demotivates other employees in the team. Pay scale is low as compared to other competitors. Year end hike do not even beat the inflation rate.

I like the diversity and inclusion at the company. Infrastructure is good.

Dislikes

... or sick leaves during the year. High working hours and flexible Lot of stretch. Low pay and less hikes. Less opportunities to apply IJP outside India. No opportunity to through to travel abroad. Wouldn't recommend a family person to join JP Morgan
