... repetitive work . One can manage and make a balance in personal and work stuff. Salary is good if you negotiate good at the time of joining. Later it becomes stagnant ( bonus is good )

Work , skill development , self growth is quite difficult as mostly old technologies are running since years . Senior monopoly. Very less scope for new comer to learn , implement new things , gives ideas and growth . Few people sitting since inception at senior level , they do not move resulting impacting your growth .

Very long working hours No work life balance Favouritism worst culture Micro management and office politics Micro aggression ,ED and vps abusing people on call No job security , if you raise any concern the managers would target you and sideline you. Advise Needed - Staying vs leaving

I have an offer from Morgan Stanley since I wasn’t happy with my career trajectory in my current organisation - JPMC. After tendering my resignation, the management reached out to me trying to convince why leave JPM you’ve spent a lot of time here. Take a move internally etc. Now I’m selected and they are matching the offer I had from MS. What should be the best course of action for me? JPM is offering me a product role but under the same manager - I don’t wish to be under him. MS offers me a role in product operation and the team is expected to grow. What do I choose?
