Great culture to promote internal talent. Open to mobility. Very resilient organisation. Good place to work with. Great infrastructure. You feel proud working with JP. Facilities are amazing.

Dislikes

Bureaucracy - that is the single biggest put off for me. Salary at senior levels is not very competitive. Also, you tend to get siloed quickly. At senior levels, career pathing is not very clear. When people resign, they are told about what great plans were being created for them.

...culture is good.The colleagues too are supportive.The company policies are good.The salary,bonus and recreation facilities are good as well.

Dislikes

The management needs to be considerate towards it's employees and most of the issues of the team members are not addressed leading to dissatisfaction among the employees. No regular HR connect and any management issues highlighted to HR is invain as the decisions are usually in favour of the Management and the case specifs are not taken into consideration.

Likes

You need to have skill to do or maintain politics to survive in JP MORGAN. The company is open to take your innovative ideas and replace some body name for that project. Higher management will never maintain secrecy or feedback of skiplevel meetings. Manager will never allow team members who are bold enough to discuss issues with management.

Dislikes

Management is worst. If people who are happy with salary and don't think of their career growth that's the best place to work. Managers are baised. Regional feeling and personal acquaintance is considered as a skill to promote.

Insensitive to employees needs, especially females. No work from home provided out of the blue, misuse of company funds and cafeteria food is not at all healthy. Bad HR services and management is least bothered about our needs.

They have carried development course which is paid by then, but not sure when they will pay, but they have courses have been offered to the employee's

Dislikes

No growth, major disadvantage is management is reserching on how to reduce the employee salary and benefits
